Water Meters

This 25mm batching meter kit is assembled for use on any water batching process that can be carried out using the manually activated ball valve.   The operator simply needs to know the required volume of water and then follows the steps detailed below:

• Reset the Omron digital display to zero by pushing the reset button on the bottom right corner,
• Open the manual regulating/isolating valve after the meter and allow water to flow,
• Watch the displayed numbers increase on the Omron digital display unit,
• Just before the number displayed on the Omron reaches the required volume, reduce the flow rate by partially closing the valve,
• When the required volumne has passed through the meter, close the valve completely,
• Reset the Omron Digital Display to make the unit ready for the next batch.
