Freight & Packaging

The cost of freighting goods all over Australia is substantial and so we have negotiated special rates with our carriers.   We use Toll Ipec Air Bags, Tamex, Australia Post and Startrack Express couriers for deliveries.   Freight on all orders to overseas destinations will be confirmed by e-mail prior to dispatch.

It is critical that we have your actual street address (and a sketch map if you are out of town) as couriers are unable to deliver to a Post Office box.

Freight and packaging on orders of less than 5kg is charged at the rate of $27-50 including GST.   Consignments in excess of 5kg will be quoted based on weight and despatched with Startrack Express, Tamex or Australia Post.

Warranty

Every product sold by us carries a minimum 12 months manufacturers warranty.  In addition, when you make any purchase from  watermeters.com.au  you are covered by our own 30 day money back guarantee.   If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any item that we have supplied, simply return it for a refund.   Please note that items must be unused, in the original packaging and that freight costs are not refundable. Items supplied on special order or indent, are not returnable and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Payment Options

We have arranged this site so that you are able to pay for your order in any of the following options.

1.   Manual payment using your Visa, Master Card or Bankcard over our secure server,

2.   Fax your order together with your credit card details, or,

3.   Fax your order and direct deposit the full amount to our bank account.   If you choose this method, please wait for our e-mail confirmation before depositing funds, or,

5.   Phone us with your order and credit card details.   Office hours are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and our phone number is (02) 6732 6333.

Regardless of which option you choose, we will always confirm your order and payment details by e-mail.   This confirmation will include details of how your order has been dispatched and the anticipated delivery date together with a consignment note number.

If you have received a "Special Price" quotation, you will need to pay for the products with a direct deposit into our bank account, as detailed on our quotation.

Every order dispatched will include a copy of the tax invoice that will be required by your accountant if you need to claim a GST input.

All prices on watermeters.com.au are in Australian dollars.   GST is calculated at 10% and is included on the shopping cart page.

We reserve the right to vary prices and specifications on any product at any time without notice.   Any price displayed as $0.00 does not mean the goods are free, it means simply that we will supply a quotation on request.
